Shipping policy

We’re thrilled you’ve come to us to find the perfect merch, and we want to make sure the experience is just as good after you hit that final checkout button.

We ship all of our orders via Royal Mail & Evri, and you'll receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Processing and Delivery Times

We’ll get started on your order as soon as it hits our systems, and we’ll aim to get it moving your way within 48 hours. Standard shipping then usually takes between 3-5 working days, if you’re patiently waiting within the UK. International orders may take a little longer - we’re happy to give an estimate when you place your order!

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

Tracking Your Order

If you’re sending your order within the UK, you’ll be able to track the progress of your package. Unfortunately if you’re sending items outside of the UK we won’t be able to provide you tracking for the whole journey. 

Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

Shipping Prices

Our standard shipping rate within the UK is only £2.99 - even better, that’s entirely on us if you spend over £35. Alternatively, take a look and see if our other shipping options might be a better fit for you. For international orders, your options may vary depending on where you’re wanting to ship to. 

Customs Fees and Import Taxes

Merchblade is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
